LDK Solar signs 20 MW solar contract in Canada

LDK Solar Co., Ltd., a leading, vertically-integrated, manufacturer of PV products and OSM Solarform Corp. ("OSM"), an Ontario local PV module manufacturer, have reached a cooperation agreement. Under terms of the agreement, approximately 20 megawatts (MW) of LDK certificated solar modules with LDK warranty will be made on the manufacturing line of OSM in Ontario. LDK and OSM will also enter into a non-exclusive distribution agreement for OSM to manufacture and distribute LDK modules.
