Travelling to Vadodara using express way pay more toll
Monday, 02 July 2012 14:22 | Traveling to Vadodara through the express way will make you pay more for using the express way. The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has imposed fresh toll tax hike of 7-9% for journey on Ahmedabad-Vadodara express highway.
According to officials a person traveling by car van or jeep will now pay Rs 96 for traveling from Ahmedabad to Vadodara, while the same upto Nadiad will be Rs 51 and Anand will be Rs 36.
Officials said that for light motor vehicles the toll tax from Ahmedabad to Vadodara will be Rs 168. For travelling to Nadiad from Ahmedabad the toll tax will be Rs 89 and the same will be Rs 63 to to Anand.
For Buses and trucks too the toll tax has been increased to Rs 336 for a travel from Ahmedabad to Vadodara. For travel to Nadiad from Ahmedabad the rate would increase to Rs 178 and the same to Anand will be Rs 125
For the Multi Excel vehicles traveling from Ahmedabad to Vadodara the toll tax will be Rs 721, to Nadiad Rs 383, to Anand Rs 268.
