Firm buys 6.3 MW windmills from Suzlon, Gujarat
As part of its strategy to focus on green energy Vadodara based Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd has purchased windmills from Suzlon Energy.
The company in a filing to the stock exchange stated that the company has bought wind mills having power generation capacity of 6.3 MW near Kandla in Gujarat.
The company in a statement said that "On commencement of the wind power capacity the companies power bills will get set off and will result in large tax break for the company. It will also further the companies green initiatives and its focus on alternate sources of energy to meet its energy demand.â€
